The Massachusetts Interlocal Insurance Association (MIIA) presented the Town of Littleton with a FY2025 Health & Wellness Award recognizing Natalie Croteau, technology systems coordinator for the Littleton Public Schools as Best Overall Wellness Champion. The award was presented during Connect 351 at MIIA’s Annual Business Meeting held in Boston on January 24, 2026.
Croteau was recognized for her leadership in coordinating and participating in all on-site wellness committee meetings and programs, securing wellness grants, and championing employee participation. MIIA noted that she is “dynamic, resourceful, and collaborative.”
“The Town of Littleton is so appreciative of the tireless efforts Natalie demonstrated to promote health and well-being opportunities to all town employees,” said Karen Morrison, Chairwoman of the Littleton Select Board. “MIIA has been a genuine partner with the Town of Littleton’s commitment to offering meaningful wellness programs.”
