Information on the Superintendent Search
Ms. Garlisi's class read biographies about people who made a difference in their communities. The biographies, along with online research, were used to collect research notes and write a short biographical speech including important dates, interesting facts, characteristics, and how each person helped their community. Students made posters to look like their subject and read their speeches to the class. The presentations were all impressive and the project sparked a lot of joy and student engagement!
