Kindergarten 2015-2016 Registration
Registration for new kindergarten students entering school in September, 2015 will be held on February 11, 2015. It will be at the Shaker Lane School from 1:00 - 4:00 or 6:00 - 7:30.
All children who are five years old BEFORE September 1, 2015 are eligible. In order to REGISTER for kindergarten, parents must bring a copy of the child's birth certificate and proof of
In addition to the above regulations, the Massachusetts Department of Public Health also requires a current physical examination, including history of lead poison screening as well as vision and hearing screening. Please bring a copy of this paperwork with you at the time of registration.
