MINUTES

CALL TO ORDER (7:30 P.M.)

A. On a motion by Nancy Mizzoni and seconded by Shawna Stea, it was voted to approve the minutes of June 9 and 17, 2005. (AYE: Unanimous)

B. On a motion by Shawna Stea and seconded by Nancy Mizzoni, it was voted to approve bills of June 15 and 22, 2005 and payroll of June 22 and 29, 2005. (AYE: Unanimous)

SUPERINTENDENT’S REPORT

A. On a motion by Shawna Stea and seconded by Elaine Braun-Keller, it was voted to make transfers as stated below for the FY05 Budget:

1. Transfer $137,591.69 from salary to expense in FY05 Appropriated Budget.

2. Expend $30,000 of Circuit Breaker Funds for Special Education out of District Tuitions.

3. Expend $31,868.24 of Group Home Fund for Special Education Transportation.

4. Expend $20,000 of Building Use Funds for painting at Russell St. and Shaker Lane Schools and building maintenance supplies.

5. Expend $10,000 of School Choice Funds for internet technology security ($3,300) High School Art Supplies ($1,400) and Athletic Equipment Reconditioning ($5,300).

(AYE: Unanimous)

A. On a motion by Elaine Bran-Keller and seconded by Joe Gaffney, it was voted to adjourn the meeting at 9:24 P.M.
