CALL TO ORDER (7:03 P.M.)

A. On a motion by Shawna Stea and seconded by Joe Gaffney, it was voted to award the Special Education Transportation bid to Littleton Limousine for a cost of $360,000 for the next three years per the bid specifications dated bid opening of Monday, June 6, 2005. (AYE: Charlie Ellis, Nancy Mizzoni, Shawna Stea, Joe Gaffney; NAY: Elaine Braun-Keller)

ADJOURNMENT

A. On a motion by Elaine Braun-Keller and seconded by Shawna Stea, it was voted to adjourn the meeting at 7:24 P.M. (AYE: Unanimous)
