A.                On a motion by Nancy Mizzoni and seconded by Susan MacDowell, it was voted to accept the Consent Agenda.  (AYE: Unanimous)

 

SUPERINTENDENT’S REPORT

 

A.                On a motion by Susan MacDowell and seconded by Nancy Mizzoni, it was voted to include $113,000 in Athletic and Student Activity Fees in the FY06 Budget.  (AYE: Susan MacDowell, Charlie Ellis, Nancy Mizzoni; NAY: Roland Gibson, Elaine Braun-Keller)

 

EXECUTIVE SESSION

 

A.        On a motion by Elaine Braun-Keller and seconded by Susan MacDowell, it was voted to enter Executive Session at 11:22 A.M. for the purpose of discussing pending litigation with no intent of returning to Open Session.  (Roll call: Roland Gibson, AYE; Elaine Braun-Keller, AYE; Susan MacDowell, AYE; Charlie Ellis, AYE; Nancy Mizzoni, AYE)
